Investigation of a Deep Infiltraiton Gallery Intake for a Large Seawater Desalintation Project

The paper provides design concepts for construction of the tunnel and collector wells, and concludes with a discussion of potential advantages and disadvantages of a DIG intake for this project in comparison to submerged intake, slant wells, or seabed (shallow) infiltration gallery alternatives.
