One Utilities Experiences on Permitting for Desalter Brine and Concentrate Recovery to Minimize Disposal of Reusable Resource

This paper and presentation will provide the steps and methods used by the Irvine Ranch Water District (IRWD) on the permitting and concentrate recovery methods for the Irvine Desalter Project (IDP) and the Deep Aquifer Treatment System (DATS).
