Use of High Rate Lime Softening Followed by UF Membranes

This presentation will focus on the use of high rate lime softening process followed by UF membrane filtration. Two plants use surface water, while a thrid uses a groundwater source. The presentation will provide information on why this treatment process was chosen, design considerations, contruction and start up, and operational information.
