City of Lancaster South Water Plant Overview

This paper will provide an overview of the City of Lancaster’s South Water Treatment Plant. A description of the raw and finished water quality goals, high-level design criteria for each of the unit processes, unique features of the plant, and planned upgrades will be presented.
