In 2018, the City of Post Falls, Esvelt Environmental Engineering, SPI, and J-U-B Engineers completed the ?City of Post Falls Water Reclamation Facility Tertiary Treatment Pilot Study.” The goal of the study was to identify several operational and chemical dosing scenarios for phosphorus removal which could be employed to meet discharge permit conditions. The pilot study testing was conducted at the Post Falls Water Reclamation Facility and staffed by facility operators working in conjunction with the project design team. Please join us as we provide an operator?s perspective on the benefits and challenges of running an on-site pilot study.
