Dania Beach Design/Build Stimulates Membrane Plant Upgrade

This paper will present the innovative membrane treatment plant design for the Dania Beach membrane plant that was developed to meet these challenges by maximizing system recovery while providing a developed to meet these challenges by maximizing system recovery while providing a high degree of operating flexibility.
