I Think I?m Turning Membranes

This presentation reviewing the transition from a conventional treatment plant to a membrane facility in Mansfield Texas was given at a Preconference Workshop in 2014 that discussed membrane plants from an operators point of view. Training issues, start up concerns, new terminology are reviewed along pictures of the facility.
