Identifying RO Pre-Treatment to Mitigate Both Membrane Fouling and Oxidation

This paper will present the RO performance results that lead to membrane fouling and oxidiation, the investigation of their causes, and the evaluation of the pre-treatment approach used to mitigate both for treating a variable blend of surface water sources.
