There is an established minimum level corrosion resistance required for a stainless steel to resist long-term exposure to ambient temperature seawater environments, such as those encountered in high pressure piping in seawater RO systems. Recommendations on fabrication, welding, and post weld cleaning as well as quality control methods are provided
