Successful Procurement, Design, Construction, and Operation of Five Membrane Facilities for Washington State Parks

Washington State Parks reduced pollution into waterways through the construction of five membrane reactor wastewater treatment facilities on Puget Sound. A novel project management approach of Owner, Engineer, MBR system supplier, Contractor and Operations company was used to deliver the projects in a timely and budget conscience manner.
