This presentation will summarize the methodology and results of the pilot testing at the City of Spokane Washington for implementing an innovative tertiary treatment project at their Riverside Park Water Reclamation Facility on the Spokane River. A pilot study was conducted to validate the ability of membrane filtration systems from two prequalified vendors to achieve the required total phosphorus effluent quality and total mass discharge limits.
