On Feb 5, 2019, I gave a one-hour Webinar on Membrane Activity in North America for Water Treatment.
The webinar discussed current membrane processes being used in North America including Reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, microfiltration, ultrafiltration and membrane bioreactors. Following that introduction statistics on the number of facilities, types of feed sources, methods to deal with by-product streams and means of disposal were presented. The last part of the webinar reviewed some things to watch within the membrane arena including new products to consider, advanced processes gaining attention, activity with waste water and development that are being investigated.
The slide discussion lasted 35 minutes followed by 25 minutes of questions asked by the 458 attendees from around the world. Water Online has graciously allowed AMTA Members access to listen to the recording of this webinar and Q&A by using the link below to register and view.
