Advancements in technology and manufacturing have brought reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes to the forefront in many of today’s filtration processes. New technologies and applications promise to expand this role even futher. In this talk, we provide a perspective on the future challenges and applications for membrane filtration and the role new membrane technologies may play.
