The presentation discusses the test results and field experience of the super austenitic alloy AL-6XN. The paper indicates that this alloy is unlikely to suffer from corrosion attack or stress
cracking in the presence of chlorides at temperatures when used in desalination processes. This paper is very commercial in nature.
